The goal of the YES AAU program is to develop young athletes into fundamentally sound-skilled players. Our goal is to make the AAU travel experience a positive, wonderful learning environment for our young athletes. Our AAU program is primarily focused on preparing our young athletes to play at a high level in high school and college.
The Spring AAU Basketball program starts in early March. Each team will practice twice a week, with one practice being a team skills session, and play a minimum of 2-3 games each weekend, starting around mid-March. Each team is guaranteed 15-18 games. The games will be played either on Saturday or Sunday, most times on both days. The season will end end mid-May.
The YES Program fields boys and girls teams in the 4th/5th Grade Division, 6th Grade Division, 7th Grade Division, 8th Grade Division, 9th Grade Division, and Open High School Division. For eligibility requirements, please reference the AAU Eligibility Rules.
